From shared meals and poolside fun to immersive art and curated DJ sets, the first-ever AVA Summer Festival offers bold flavors, cool rhythms, and vibrant experiences. Each week, guest chefs take you on a new culinary journey, paired with cocktails by Mexico’s top mixologists. This is summer, lived differently—as it should be.

Meet the Masters

At AVA Summer Fest, each dish is crafted by some of Latin America and Europe’s most acclaimed chefs, whose influences span continents and Michelin-starred kitchens.

Dine with Regina Escalante Bush, whose classical training in France meets her vibrant Yucatán roots in elegant, expressive plates. Savor rustic mastery with Pasquale Cozzolino, Naples-born and NYC-renowned, whose bold flavors and Neapolitan pizzas have fed global music legends. Explore modern Mexican finesse from Abel Hernández, a spirited innovator behind some of Mexico City’s most beloved restaurants. Savor French haute cuisine with a Riviera soul from Michel Mustière, one of just ten “Maîtres Cuisiniers de France” in all of Mexico.

The Art of the Pour

Sip signature cocktails crafted by Latin America’s most imaginative mixologists. From Fátima León’s heritage-inspired blends to Israel Díaz’s culinary precision and Luis Torres’s sustainable artistry at Casa Prunes, every pour is thoughtful and bold. Rocío Frías channels emotion and mysticism, while Daniel Vázquez mixes global memories into every sip. And with Duque’s playful, elegant creations, the bar becomes an experience.

Through art, AVA invites you to wander, wonder, and feel. Our exhibits invite our guests to explore art through the eyes of boundary-pushing creators. Our festival showcases work by Galo Escultor, Gerardo Pontier, Yesterman Sux, Victor Ariosa, and George Cortez. Their installations blur the lines between sound, color, and form.

Little Legends Welcome

At the AVA Summer Festival, the fun isn’t just for adults. Our Kids & Teens Clubs feature a dynamic lineup of hands-on experiences, creative workshops, and themed adventures designed for curious young minds. From DIY piñatas and robotic builds to glow parties and space-themed shows, every day brings something new to discover and enjoy. With age-appropriate programming (and a few surprise performances!), your little ones stay joyfully engaged—while you enjoy some well-earned grown-up time, guilt-free.
